Linaraki beach

Linaraki beach

A small beach belonging to Sikia, a few hundred meters away from Sikia beach and separated from it only by a cape.

When you turn off the main road towards Sikija Beach and drive to the very coast, you will see a road that leads to the hill on the right. You go along it and very quickly come across Linaraki. It is a nicely decorated beach, narrow and sandy with a restaurant in the back.

What should be noted is that Linaraki beach is a bit narrower and usually uncrowded, and is ideal for families with children. The sea is very clean and sheltered from the winds, so it is calm. A beautiful, beautifully tucked away cove exudes warmth in every sense.

There are umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach, which are provided with the ordered drink. There is a shower at the beginning of the beach.

The advantage of this beach is a restaurant that has reasonable prices, wireless internet, a toilet and sunbeds for its guests. This restaurant offers rooms for rent, for all those who want to wake up right next to the beach. It is recommended for all generations and ages.

Note: the local Greeks explained to us that this small beach is Linaraki, but some also call it Limanaki. Limanaki beach is also called Linaraki by some and “5 steps in the sand” by some after the famous fish restaurant. Some say about a small beach located at the end of the big Sikia beach that it is “Mala Linaraki”, and the one we are writing about is “Linaraki”. It’s all a bit confusing, but honestly, it doesn’t matter. All the mentioned beaches are superb, they are located a few tens of meters from each other and you can enjoy them no matter what their name is. We recommend that you spend as much time as possible on each of them and determine the color and quality of the sand, everything else is relative.
