Neos Pyrgos

Neos Pyrgos
Neos Pyrgos is a beautiful resort located in the northern part of the island of Evia in the area of Oreoi, at a distance of 12 km from the two largest towns of Edipsos and Isthia.

When you come to Evia, via the ferry port in Agiocampos, this is the closest resort on the island. In the last few years it has become extremely popular among our tourists.

Neos Pyrgos was first settled by Greeks who fled from Istanbul after the Greco-Turkish War. Over time, the place expanded, so that today it almost merges with the place of Oreoi.

With its extremely clean water and beautiful pine forest surroundings, it is one of the most beautiful places on Evia. Here is the most famous long sandy beach NISIOTISSA, which is also one of the most attractive beaches on the island. Along the coast in Neos Pyrgos you can find many taverns, fish restaurants where you can enjoy local specialties, and above all fresh fish and seafood. For the younger world, there are several lively beach bars, offering a variety of water sports, Greek and foreign music. In the town itself there are also sports fields for basketball, volleyball and football, a park for children.
Neos Pyrgos basically provides everything that tourists need for a peaceful holiday and we recommend it to families.
