Azapiko beach, Sithonia

Azapiko beach, Sithonia

Azapiko Beach is located 11 km south of Neos Marmaras, on the way to Toroni. It consists of two bays separated by a promontory with a beautiful view. Since it is divided into bays in the people, these two beaches are known as Azapiko South and Azapiko North.

Azapiko South is about 450m long and Azapiko North is about 300m long. Both are sandy, wide and have plenty of grassy areas. Azapiko North beach is known for its crystal clear and turquoise color, because rainwater does not flow into the sea. Tourists are not decorated. There are pebbles on the seafloor and the entry into the depth is gradual. There are no bars or restaurants at all so our recommendation is to bring water, food and towels on your own. Also in this area you can see a lot of caravans and therefore you can evaluate what kind of relaxed and free people come here and what the energy is. It is important to note that you can park your car at the beach.

If you head in the direction of Neos Marmaras, the first larger and more famous beach is Las Bandidas, which is about 5 km away and is located in front of the Poseidon Hotel. However, you will come across some isolated and pristine bays along the way that are definitely worth seeing.

Azapiko beach is the perfect contact with nature, fresh air and comfortable accommodation in beautiful surroundings. For all those looking for adventure, horseback riding can complement the atmosphere of flying and discovering the new magic of this untouched nature.
