Nea Fokea
Nea Fokea is located on the east coast of Kassandra and is 80 km from Thessaloniki. They choose it pure seawater with pine trees reaching the sea. This used to be a small fishing village and today it is famous for its seafood specialties. In Nea Fokea you have a small marina with plenty of fishing boats and boats.

One of Nea Foke’s main attractions is the Byzantine Tower, which was built in 1407. The tower is dedicated to the apostle Paul, who is the patron saint of the place. There is the passage of the Apostle Paul in the rocks leading to an underground room that is probably as old as the fortress. In the fort, in 1821, local rebels were barricaded in their protests.

The glory of the place is on June 29 and is dedicated to the apostles Paul and Peter when a traditional fair is organized in front of St. Paul’s Church.
